POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

     Green Vision installs and operates alternative energy systems on third party properties which are supported by long term power purchase agreements with the property owner. The owner buys all of the energies produced by the System at rates predictably below retail utility prices, under a long-term contract, i.e., 10 years, while avoiding capital and operating costs.
