Michael M Chen – President
Michael is founder of the firm. He is also the owner of Adon Construction, Inc (a general engineering and construction contractor serving Hawaii for over 2 decades). Michael has an MBA, a Masters in Engineering Systems and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. He has held numerous positions in technical and marketing fields for several multinational companies in the US, Europe, Australia and Asia. Michael currently serves as the advocacy committee chair for US GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL (USGBC) in Hawaii.
Sohale Samari – Controller
Sohale is responsible for finance and accounting. Sohale has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Masters in business administration and a CPA. Prior to joining Green Vision Technologies, Sohale served as the CFO for the electric utility company in Saipan.
Matt Adams – Operation Manager
Matt is responsible for solar thermal and PV installations. He has over 14 years of experience in mostly residential and some commercial installations. He has supervised over solar installations. His hands-on experience is unmatched in the industry.
